  Muy mala forma y educación de la señora q atiende a los clientes,puede tener buena calidad sus pizzas pero la señora q atiende a los cliesntes es muy desagradable,la verdad no se lo recomiendo

  Muy mal servicio de parte de la Mujer q atiende al público muy mala forma y muy desagradable en la atención,tiene más educación la señora q limpia en un hotel que la q te atiende ahí

  For those who order doordash or uber eats, as a driver i thought i should let you know they always ask if you have a pizza delivery bag and if you don’t they give you one. No other pizza store does this. So just fyi this is exemplary above and beyond. Thank you Mr. Gattis

  Food is always good, service is hit or miss and I had to come back to tweak this review because the last few times including today (3/30/26) was terrible. I looked at an order that was clearly mine.And the guy said, I was waiting on my wings. Another worker came by saw my food and just grabbed my salad after my food had been sitting there for 15 minutes. The most he could do was remake it. I'm over it and will not be coming back. Do yourself a favor and go to the gattitown instead.

  Rude lady and says I can't add black olives to my cheese sticks and then proceeded to tell me for the last 20+ years I've not been able to add black olives to my cheese sticks because there isn't a button. She just didn't want to be helpful or do anything other than what's the minimum required. Adding black olives to cheese sticks isn't any different than adding them to a pizza. You guys are just lazy. I order this all the time. This is the very first Mr. Gatti location that has refused to serve me. The business was empty and she was happy to see me leave. I guess you guys run off wishes and prayers and not money. I went next door and it was packed. There's a reason you guys can't even sell your specials. It's the service. Think about it.
