  People very rude no help with ordering husband didn't get food because he was frustrated the restaurant was dirty and stinks we left and ate in our car

  Imagine not having fountain drinks and then still upcharging for water. This location is always out of fountain drinks and certain sizes.

  I’m a proud Gen X woman born in 1969, and I’ve had my fair share of McDonald’s experiences over the years… but THIS one? Hands down the absolute BEST I’ve ever had. I was in Austin attending a funeral, and we stopped in for breakfast and decided to dine in since we had a little time. From the moment we walked in, Roxana changed everything I thought I knew about customer service at McDonald’s. She welcomed us in with warmth and genuine kindness. And let me say this clearly… in all my years, I have NEVER been welcomed like that at a McDonald’s. She took our order, thanked us sincerely, and even apologized (more than once) because the register was moving slowly. That alone showed professionalism and care. But she didn’t stop there. Roxana came to our table with a caddy asking if we needed straws, napkins, or jelly. I was honestly blown away. At McDonald’s? Yes! Then she came back AGAIN just to check on us and make sure everything was good. That level of service is rare anywhere these days, not just fast food. I was so impressed that I asked for her manager just to let them know how valuable she is. If I owned a restaurant, I would absolutely come back and recruit Roxana myself. She brightened my day during a difficult time. Her smile, her energy, her attention to detail… top tier. McDonald’s, if you’re reading this — Roxana is the blueprint. She should be training every new hire. Thank you, Roxana. Job exceptionally well done.

  Every time I place an order here, I’m told to pull into a waiting spot—even when I order ahead through the app. I understand that it can get busy, but when nearly every drive-thru customer is asked to wait, the drive-thru stops serving its purpose. What’s even more frustrating is seeing customers who ordered after me get their food before I do. At that point, it’s no longer fast food, and ordering ahead doesn’t seem to make any difference.
