  This is my neighborhood McDonald's. I told them I was using the mobile app to redeem a free item with purchase and they said okay, took my order. Then when I got to the window they told me they're not taking the app? This should be advertised as soon as you pull up. Very misleading. I deleted the app and won't be returning.

  Great customer service at this location. They building is a retro looking building and pretty cool. Our fries weren't hot, so they lost a star.

  3 employees walked by me without saying a word. When I finally spoke up they looked at me and kept working. Unbelievable

  They somehow almost every time get my order wrong. 90% out of the time it’s wrong. I just wanted some fresh breakfast this morning but my order was wrong. Every time i enter the mcdonalds it’s always dirty tables never cleaned and trash on the floor. The atmosphere around is scary too homeless people come here and scream inside the building.
