  Recently placed an order with the mobile app - They left out my McFlurry, When my coworker went to go back in and ask them for it, The assistant manager on site was arguing with them saying that they didn’t have any And was just trying to offer her a cookie. After they’re back-and-forth, they ended up being able to get a refund. Once he got back to work, I did look at my order and realized that half of my order was not in the bag and I was not able to get my food ( Which was a happy meal, but it was my actual lunch) So I did exactly what the app said and called the store to which I encountered the same manager. She immediately started in About already giving me a refund over a McFlurry so she didn’t understand why I was already calling back. I didn’t end up telling her I was not calling about the McFlurry. I understood About the refund I just didn’t get the actual food part and I just wanted the refund or points placed back on my app. She then got more argumentative with me and Asked why we didn’t thoroughly check the bag while you’re waiting for the McFlurry And how is that her problem that we didn’t acknowledge it while we were there? I found the experience completely unprofessional, and I’ve never had negative experience at this McDonald’s. I asked for a refund on the app for another supervisor. I could talk to you because I felt this conversation was getting unnecessarily aggressive over a happy meal. Or just a simple phone number to corporate which was also denied. - highly recommend you can confirm everything in your order going forward - Because according to their management, that is not their problem

  Why are McD employees incapable of following customer instruction? Especially when it comes to “NO MEAT” on breakfast sandwiches?

  They didn’t serve me because it was 11:50 and the person in the mic sounded high or intoxicated. The person on the mic said we’re about to close.

  I don't go to McDonalds like I used to - but my first red flag at this particular one was there was not a bustling crowd at high noon like you see at most McDonalds franchises. After 2 small bites of my quarter pounder it had a slightly OFF spoiled taste. I noticed it didn't look pink; however, it just tasted "off." I stopped eating it. My co-worker ordered nuggets and she stated a few weren't cooked all the way through. We decided to enjoy the fries and toss the rest. For the safety of the community; I reported this to the proper agency considering my stomach is now a bit out of sorts 3 hours later.
