  Waited in the drive thru for 40 minutes and never got my food, they didn’t even know how to offer a refund since it was a mobile order. It’s now faster and cheaper to go to Chili’s, so my suggestion is just go there instead.

  My boyfriend went here after I got off work for dinner, we saw people making fun of the CEO “trying” the new burger, so we decided to try The Arch. Both burgers were VERY pink and tasting of RAW meat. I even looked up the regulations on “rare” meat patty’s for McDonald’s, and they say that it is not safe to serve due to risks of E.coli (proof cited in photos). Raw ground beef, and we spent 20$ on both burger meals, but we cannot even eat it, due to risks of sickness. They also got both orders wrong, no veggies on one, and a large diet coke. They gave us a medium diet coke, and the burger came normally. My boyfriend asked for his receipt and didn't receive it, so we couldn't take the food back and just had to throw it away. 0/5 ⭐️

  They're inattentive. Items have continuously been missed and if you try going inside you are neglected and or ignored.

  Terrible customer service! Rude Hispanic guy taking and collecting on first window! Today I placed an order through drive thru and when I stopped at the first window to pay cashier never repeated my total he only looked and nodded with his head with a gesture similar to like "what". I was holding my card in my hand and said he's taking an order and just expecting me to hand him my card to pay, I want to make sure I'm paying for my order before any card transaction. He said, you know your total I already told you on the speaker anyways he decided to give me an attitude and I just asked him for my card back and asked for a manager. He said next window. So I should have just stayed there until he called her put pulled forward and asked for a manager. The manager just said I will talk to him and said I could pay there of course I said no, Im not paying for anything I'm going somewhere else and left to the McDonald's on Howard with a 100% customer service both windows!! Definitely only going to that location!
