  Had to wait 26 minutes B4 Evan getting ask what I order just for them to say my order wasn't there then had to check to find out it was and was treatee like it was my fault that the can read or hear

  Took my son for breakfast and after waiting for 15 minutes to receive our food before it came out I witness one of the staff members walk out to the lobby and give to the table in front of us a free pancake platter. I said jokingly hopefully is not my son’s pancake platter. But a few seconds later that same worker comes out walking fast to that same table and said that she needed that platter back cause it belonged to an order. So she took it and then right away our order came out, not even warm almost cold. I wasn’t planning on putting a review until my son and I got sick with food poisoning. No wonder the low rating at this location, this place is disgusting and the morning management is very rude. Please check your food before eating it. Be safe.

  This place has really gone downhill over the last few months. Visit was on March 7 around mid-day. I went through the drive-through while getting gas at HEB and ordered an ice cream. I opened it about 500 feet away while pumping gas and it looked exactly like the photo I attached. I could not believe they actually served it like that. I went back inside and waited in the lobby for about 5 minutes to speak with a manager. I asked a staff member if a manager could come out, but no one ever did. It was not clear that the request was even passed along. The employee barely acknowledged me and just walked away. After waiting a while longer, I threw the ice cream in the trash and left. Pretty frustrating experience. Poor quality food and no one available to address the problem. This also was not a one-off issue. My last few visits have had problems too. Orders with mayo when the app clearly said “no mayo.” Paying for two McDoubles and only getting one. Sometimes the completely wrong food. Early mornings used to be more reliable. The weekend and evening crew lately has been rough.

  Very inefficient ordering system. I waited more than 20 min for a cheeseburger and small fries. I do not recommend this location.
