  They never seem to answer the phone and don’t make remake your order when they make mistakes in their end. Never getting my services again.

  The guy at the window overcharged us for sauces we didn’t get. He said that he has worked there for years and knows that we should be charged, even though when ordering through the app it is $0.

  I placed a curbside order because my mom is sick and wanted mcdonald’s . I have a family of 6 so when we order its a big order , with that being said when I arrived to the location and checked in for my curbside the girl who brought our food gave it to us and didnt even wait for my sister to fully grab the bag to walk off but i didnt think much of it , i just figured she may have thought she had a better grip im not sure. When we get our food and look for it we are only missing 1 item which didnt upset me because i knew they could help me fix it and its only 1 item you know? We proceed to the drive thru and tell them about our missing items , they ask if we have a receipt I said yes sir & he told me to pull up, I asked to order some drinks as well because I forgot to add them, when I tell him this whatever man on the headset SIGHED and then said “what do you want” again, I was shocked by this behavior but I leave it alone again because it couldve just been his delivery and not attitude, WELL I WOULD BE WRONG! I get to the window to pay for my drinks and now hes full blown frustrated by me and my family when were just getting dinner because weve been working all day and my mom is sick. We get to the 2nd window , the lady hands us our missing item in our original order and says “your good now”. At this point I am so completely irritated because they were not busy there was 1 car behind me so what could have possibly made them act like that. I find this to be so sad because I manage my own fast food chain and I would never let my employees get away with having such attitude and blatant disrespect for a customer.

  Terrible customer service. Twice i went the machine was broken and they dont even care to come tell until you go ask about your order
