  The door states dine in 5am - 12am but they have the doors closed at 10pm. One of the back doors was opened, and we managed to get in… the employees started to complain to each other, asking how we got in. The other day I was going through the drive-thru and an employee put my food in a bag and left it right by the window and went away and joined other employees in a birthday party I believe because I saw them getting a piece of cake. So I knocked on the window and this lady came with an attitude asking “what” and I asked for my food, so she grabbed the bag that was right there sitting and handled it to me. This place needs a better management.

  If you’re working the drive-thru, being fluent in both Spanish and English is extremely important because you’re the first point of communication between the customer and the business. Every order depends on how clearly you understand what’s being said and how accurately you repeat it back. When you’re not fully confident in both languages, it increases the chances of mishearing items, getting details wrong (like sizes, customizations, or special requests), or slowing down the line by having to ask customers to repeat themselves. This can lead to incorrect orders, frustrated customers, longer wait times, and even lost business. On the other hand, when you’re fluent in both Spanish and English, you can quickly switch between customers, communicate clearly, and keep the line moving smoothly. Customers feel understood and respected, which improves their overall experience and increases the likelihood that they’ll return. In a fast-paced environment like a drive-thru, clear communication isn’t just helpful—it directly impacts speed, accuracy, customer satisfaction, and the reputation of the business.

  Came to experience the burger that caused the McDonald's CEO to get burgermogged. Pleasantly surprised. Clean, well air conditioned, good music, updated and fresh looking decor. Service is fast and accurate. Big Arch burger was good but expensive and I was still hungry after it and an apple pie. Sadly one of the ordering machines does not give receipts and the patrons exhibit loud behavior doing all their calls and videos out loud. Disrespectful.
