Used to love this place. But lately they have gone up in price. 71.00 for 2 wrist bands, without the video game card. Pool tables are outdated and crooked, cues are terrible. Still a great atmosphere, and drinks were good, but they need to reinvest on some equipment. The games are awesome. Bowling balls were hard to find in my size. Not as impressed as I used to find this place.

Horrible place, honestly the food is dry and it’s sad you have one guy doing the equivalent of 5 people’s work.. No manager to equally distribute. I honestly hate coming here, I wish less people would host birthdays here… this place is awful and not indicative of other main events I’ve been to… terrible…

I recently visited Main Event and had quite an “interesting” experience on lane 20. The scoring system seems to have its own math — a strike (10 pins) gets counted as 9, and 9 pins somehow turns into 8. Consistently. Not sure if this is a new game mode or just a broken system, but it completely ruined the experience.
Also, shoutout to the front desk guy who “wasn’t trying to be rude” but somehow still managed to come across exactly that way anyway impressive.
And the support situation? The lady helping us said she couldn’t do anything without a manager’s permission. For a big franchise like this, it’s surprising that staff aren’t empowered to actually help customers. It really makes you wonder why hire people who can’t resolve basic issues on their own.
For a place that’s supposed to deliver a fun experience, this felt poorly managed from both a technical and customer service standpoint. If basic issues like this can’t be handled properly, then something clearly needs to change.
I even considered adding photos of the situation, but I’d rather not be rude the way we were treated.
Honestly, the whole experience was frustrating enough to make you just want to walk out. Definitely not what you expect when you’re just trying to have a good time.
Hopefully lane 20 gets fixed, and the staff situation improves, because right now it’s not it.

I recently had my son's 9th birthday at this location and needless to say we had several issues.
I booked online and once I put the $100 deposit, I got an email and text confirming my 12:30pm party for Saturday afternoon. Then several hours later we were notified that our party needed to be pushed back to 2:30pm because of a buyout, ok sure. Main Event coordinator apologized and offered items to make up for the mistake and booking issue.
Then I noticed on the contact a 12% service fee ($46 and some change), I asked the event coordinator and she explained that the 12% goes to the event host/server. This was not the case it was a 12% booking fee that goes to the front office staff. WOW! 12% to book online?!?! Seriously?! The server was the one who explained it to me. When I asked the manager on duty she gave me attitude and basically said "you signed the contract so you have to pay it".
The day of the party it didn't seem like everyone was on the same page, our host/server did the best he could and apologized several times but it was out of his hands. The pizza came out late and the wings arrived 40 minutes after the pizza. The pizza was not hot and the wing platter turned out to be wings, tenders and nuggets. We ate the wings and tried to return the tenders and nuggets but no manager came to the table. We took care of the host/server with cash tip but we definitely don't recommend this place for birthday parties or gatherings.
