  This is an FYI, information an establishment should always encourage their employees to change their gloves. You’re eating a doughnut that is going in your mouth wash your hands as frequently change your gloves as frequently. Do not pick up donuts with your bare hands. Do not pick up donuts while working the cash register running the front counter and doing everything else in the store change your gloves and wash your hands. I’m only giving a two star based off of my customer service in my experience. I will return again for a better improving to a higher star

  I waited about 10 minutes at the counter before anyone came to take my order, and then another 10 minutes just to receive my donuts. Unfortunately, the donuts were cold by the time I got them. On top of that, the shop itself wasn’t clean, tables were sticky and there was still trash left on them. The service was disappointing as well. No one greeted me when I walked in, and when someone finally did show up, their attitude wasn’t welcoming. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning and will be choosing a local shop that provides better service.

  On this day, i came in to a single employee who appeared to be running the store alone. She was efficient, friendly and was working very hard on her own. Kept a smile on her face despite going through a bit of a rush alone. She's awesome and as usual, doughnuts were great!

  Waited 40 minutes inside past pick up time for pick up order as they just blast through the drive through and completely ignore or hide from the FULL lobby. I would have walked out if I hadn't already paid online. Never going back!!
