  I had a great experience at Jimmy John’s! The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and professional. The service was incredibly fast, and everything was handled efficiently. The manager was also excellent and clearly does a great job leading the team. Overall, a really pleasant experience — I’ll definitely be coming back!

  The older bald guy always seems to get something wrong. Come in to get a large sandwich, the board says the sandwich is 16.49, plus a special for a dollar combo. Ring it up and it comes out to 22 and change. I question him about it being the math doesnt math at all. He proceeds to tell me the sandwiches cost a dollar more than what is on the board. As a pretty large company, you'd think you'd have the right prices inside the store. Fix it or ill escalate it. The companies should have to answer for lying.
