  I stopped to have lunch at Jimmy John's today but left dissapointed. While waiting to place my order, I watched the cashier struggle to get a customer's order in. When it was my turn to order, I was asked if I would be interested in Wheat bread or a wrap instead because they didn't have any other type of bread. When I agreed to have wheat bread, I was asked if I would be interested in a wrap instead because they didn't have bread. That was surprising to me because this is a sub place. Another worker stated that they were putting dough in the oven and it would take about 10 minutes for the bread to bake. Why would you start so late baking bread during lunch hour? I don't want to use part of my lunch hour waiting for bread to bake. People, thats not a good way to do business.

  They were exceptionally rude. They would not give me the code to the bathroom until after I placed an order. I had to pee really badly and didn't appreciate being forced to make my food choice under that pressure! Went over and ate at Nikis pizza next door instead.

  Worst experience ever at this location. Poor customer service skills, They didn’t offer to toast my sandwich, a side drink, chips, cookie, brownie or nothing. The sandwich maker made a rushed, cold & sloppy sandwich.

  Service extremely slow service staff very rude the person making the sandwich has their headphones on and is either talking on the phone or singing along to their music not paying attention took forever for them to make a basic slim sandwich with extra cheese charge me for the extra cheese but didn't put it on it when I came in to ask for a refund for the cheese I was charged for they refused took the sandwich and rudely manhandled it and gave it back. And had to wait and even more excessive amount of time to even speak to the cashier while they just stood there chatting with a customer while I'm standing in full view with sandwich and hand Anna hurry expressly told that to the cashier who did not care
