  (Update: the sandwiches were amazing so I gave them a better rating. Just sucks waiting that long for food) Guess they lost the freaky fast title. We ordered delivery while I’m here In the Dell seton hospital, 0.7 miles away. We’ve been waiting a long time for it, and just now found out it’s going to be about an hour and half total to get our delivery. This is wrong. I could’ve walked there and back several times by now. This sandwich is gonna be old by the time it gets to me

  Not sure why this location is rated so low. I had fast service and a delicious sandwich. The staff were mostly engaged in their own conversation, but that’s how I like it anyway 🤣

  Delivery service is great. But, I can never get the Mayo, Mustard packets included...even though they are clearly printed out on the order and on the receipt.

  Ugh! Enough already! Just tried the new toasted chicken ranch and frankly it tastes like 💩! Half the bread is a wet sloppy mush. It was 30 minutes from getting my order to eating it. Perhaps, these have to be eaten immediately? I don't know and I don't care anymore. Get it together! And where is my provolone cheese?! I was thinking perhaps it melted into the bread or something? I deconstructed this at home (see photos) and cannot find any evidence of it anywhere. You should not be serving this to people. I have such low expectations for Jimmy John's that getting me to post a negative review is really an accomplishment. When I think about having my first Jimmy John's sub over 15 years ago this makes me very sad.

  The service of this store is the worst I’ve ever experienced and I never plan to order with them again. Long story short, I placed an order in the app and was charged for my meal though it was never delivered. No one contacted me and when I called the next day I was met with a very rude response to call back during a 2 hour window of time in the middle of a weekday to talk to the general manager. When I asked for an email address instead, I got a snarky reply.
