  Placed an order at the counter, and asked if any adjustments could be made. Was told no, however before I received my order the staff made fun of my request with me standing there waiting. I asked for the contact of the GM, and was told they don’t have it. When I gave pushback they told me they couldn’t give it out. So either it’s policy or a lie. I understand making fun of the customer, just wait till we leave.

  I really want to like this place so bad. It has my favorite sandwiches and food. It's the people that make the place enjoyable. They need to change the Manager at the store. We asked if we could do a gargantuan toast in and they were able to do so. We got a New Yorker Italian sub. This is not a a Gargantuan. Then when I inquired about it I asked for my receipt and it said exactly above the Italian sub on it. I asked for a gargantuan. They told me they don't have it anymore they haven't had it in over for a year and a half and that is not true that I got it last month. I told them I've been going there and getting it literally once every 3 weeks or so in the last time I got it was in December. The guy basically flat out practically call me a liar without directly saying that I'm lying. This is the short guy with the glasses with the long hair. They wanted $44 for two of the Giant size sandwiches. I was like in what world does somebody pay $44 for two sandwiches at a order at the counter. They are price gouging now and they're lying about what they do and do not carry. This is right off their website the picture below.

  I just got the craziest sandwich from this place, lol. All it needed to be was a turkey and cheese sandwich, but the lady at the register said they could only toast the fancy sandwiches (?? It’s toasted bread ??). So we got a fancy sandwich with no bacon, no mayo, add cheese. Literally just a basic toasted turkey and cheese. Now, it must’ve been this man’s first day on Planet Earth or something because I got a toasted piece of bread, TWO SLICES of turkey, so much mayo, no cheese, and enough lettuce for the sandwich and a side salad! Yay! (No!) At least I got a laugh out of the experience. They’ve messed up before but this was wild. We don’t need to come back to waste another $10.

  It's okay. Just another sub shop to me. Nothing special. But not bad either.
