  I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Halal Bros. My husband and I ordered takeout, and the food was unacceptable. The meat was undercooked and so tough that it was nearly impossible to chew—completely below the standard we’ve experienced before as regular customers. I called to report the issue, expecting basic customer service. Instead, the manager was outright rude and dismissive. He insisted that I come to the store for a refund, which I did, only to be told in person that he would not refund us. To make matters worse, he made a sarcastic and disrespectful comment about there not being enough chicken, implying that we had driven all the way just to ask for a refund. That kind of attitude is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. This was not just a bad food experience—it was a terrible customer service experience. As loyal customers, we expected much better, but this interaction has seriously damaged our trust in this place.

  Halal Bros is a must-try! The food is absolutely delicious – fresh, and perfectly cooked. You can tell the cooks know what they're doing. Thanks to the cashier was also super friendly and made the whole experience even better. Great food and great service!

  Doesn’t matter how many times you tell them they will always make a mistake on your order. This does not change whether you order online or in person.

  My first time trying this place due to being in the area for a volleyball tournament (Go heroes!) and the food was fire!! Definitely suggest the chicken shawarma with rice and the white sauce w/ hot sauce !!!! Customer service was amazing ! And thank you for the free sample of food ! Very delicious and you gained a new customer ! Please make one closer to Belton / Waco area lol
