  Don't ever shop at this HEB in the evening. Lines are going all the way into the produce section and down to the fish section. And they're not even opening more lines. I know HEB can hire more staff, this is embarrassing.

  Esta tienda se está apunto de irse a la basura no encuentra ni lo más esencial las líneas para pagar son el infierno hacen que solo dos de sus trabajadores contengan el trabajo sus manejadores solo dan vueltas como si eso hiciera el cambio tienda sucia mal oliente desorganizado estoy aquí en la fila mientras escribo esto y podría pasar toda la tarde ⏰

  Bad customer service stockers in the deli area yesterday morning just staring at me all kinds of weird looking at me staring dead at me exactly in my eyes awkwardly. I could barely get my groceries without them saying a thing about me. Nobody does that to me. This lady was bothering me for no reason. Restrooms stall doors don’t have hanger on to hang purse/ anything. They need to bring some of the cheaper prices back like the $1 things, soap, deodorant, shampoo, women’s sanitary napkins, hygiene stuff for example. And everything that’s in the $1s price range they carried a while back! I just have to vent… yesterday at the checkout… the lady at the HEB 25 or fewer items… when she felt like it all the way at the end… told me she was going to put my meats in a white bag… when everything was already finished… and done and the other boy had already done everything… If he doesn’t know how to do his job and do it himself he doesn’t need to be there and if she’s going to be popping up out of the blue confusing everybody with different color bags instead of just putting them all in the same color green bags then she doesn’t need to be there surprising anybody at the checkout all of a sudden when ever everything’s done scanning and everything’s done. She was just wasting time, confusing, awkward, surprising, scary, domineering, etc. Nobody does that to me ever at the grocery store. Scale doesn’t work and rude cashiers backing everything up and setting everyone back. The cashier with purple hair at the Riverside Austin, TX location is very rude and makes it a very awkward shopping experience over all a very bad shopping experience.

  ‼️IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN OR LITTLE SIBLINGS PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW TO BE AWARE‼️ I am writing this because today around 6:40-7pm my mother came to this Heb with my 7 year old sister to buy groceries. My little sister needed to use the restroom so my mom took her to the family bathroom, the door, unlocked, they went in and saw two teens casually having intimacy with their clothes off. Mind you, my sister is 7 and should have never seen some bs like that. My mother calls me and tells me what happened because she is too embarrassed to report it. I am infuriated at the time and call the store, a manager picks up and I describe what happened, gave him a description of the teens and small details, the manager instead of looking into it just decides to brush me off and this incident as if it’s normal?? I am really infuriated and disturbed, NO CHILD should have to see something like that. I expect this type of behavior from a Walmart, but an HEB?? If you can avoid this Heb please do so, especially if you have children!
