  I’ve rarely had issues with H-E-B curbside in the past, but since moving closer to this location in January, my experience has gone downhill. I’ve had multiple orders with missing items, received expired milk, and even gotten rotten fruit. I’ve also received open packages of ground beef and chicken breast, which is especially concerning. Even when I choose to go inside, the service hasn’t been much better. The staff often come across as rude and not very helpful. At the bakery, for example, you have to ask for items behind the glass. When I tried to do that, one employee told me—rather abruptly—that I needed to go to the other side. Thankfully, another worker stepped in, came over to help me directly, and got me what I needed while the first employee just stood there watching. Overall, this location has been disappointing compared to other H-E-B stores I’ve visited. I hope they can improve both their quality control and customer service.

  My name is Sabrina Thompson someone stole all my debit cards out of my bag that was sitting on a table in the back area of my work place that only employees sit and they charge my card My venmo card ending in 7318 at this location I need help to figure out what this person look like . They made a purchase for 19.50 and 3.88 at this location. They did try to make a purchase for 57 dollars and another for 188 on my chime card ending in 5385 but it declines because I don't add money to those cards ever unless I really need to. They also try to make another purchase from my other ace flare card but it decline because I haven't use that card in ages. I need help in finding who took my card that person also took my state I'd as well

  Only have issues with my orders every now and then, but curbside orders are consistently poorly bagged (or rather not bagged at all). I don’t know if they’re trying to save on paper bags, but I always have a number of items that are just loosely placed in my car. It’s a major inconvenience when I don’t live on the first floor

  This review is for curbside. Placed an order for this morning and there were several items missing. I called curbside at 12:24 PM and was offered a refund or to pick the items up. I said my husband would pick the items up and specifically asked how he would do that. The employee said just to park like normal and text the spot he’s in. I did exactly that and my husband said car after car left while he waited. He had to get out and approach someone for the items. Very frustrating.
