- WPWilliam Penny5 days ago2.0Won’t be coming back The store looked ransacked especially the restroom.Getting help from the meat associates was hard and hearing the manager talking to their employees so inappropriately was awkward to say the least! I feel bad for those employees. It’s like they make enough money from customers so why care about customer satisfaction or professionalism. It’s not the first heb I’ve gone to where the meat department associates weren’t talking like they’re “in the locker room.” Up north they’re even worse! Definitely won’t be coming back.

- RDR. D.Mar 1, 20265.0TWIMC: I'd like to praise Jasmine B. (1 year on employee badge), for her exceptional service. I was shopping for items in the deli section. She was getting items for curbside orders. I asked for her help three different times over a span of about five minutes. Each time, she politely helped me find what I was looking for, and never was upset that I was taking time away from her duties of curbside pickup. I even had to interupt her a fourth time, to inquire about her name for this review, and again, she was pleasant the whole time. Again, absolutely exceptional service. This was on Feb. 16, 2026, I apologize for taking almost two weeks to post. Thank you for your time, Ray DeElena.
