I have found myself being helped by a HEB partner frequently who is not very familiar with bagging intently and tends to put items in places they definitely shouldn’t be in. I’ve had items misplaced, broken and not usable after unpacking at home. When cashiers have this particular bagger, they don’t correct that person or really step in to help. I wish this location paid closer attention to this situation. Being in the line, many shoppers have the same look about them as I do. Not sure if I’m unaware of something important to know as a shopper but I don’t want to have to change my local HEB store due to something as such.

It's been about 15 minutes since I checked in on top of the 15 minutes I was just waiting in a line for a curbside parking spot to open up. I don't know what has changed within the HEB curbside department but whatever it is SUCKS. The waits have become so long. Sometimes I'm here 30+ minutes waiting. Yes, I know it's a free service, but why offer it if you can't be efficient. Whatever has changed recently, because this is a new problem, needs to be reversed ASAP.

I told them my car battery died during the winter storm in their parking lot and staff refused to make announcement to store if anyone could help jump my battery… I had to wait in the parking lot that was iced over (no salt or sand put down) to find a Good Samaritan to help jump my car. Slid and fell on ice twice because there were no security measures in place to melt snow (even leading up to front doors where the main entrances were). Do better - this is NOT what HEB stands for.
