  requiring IDs from people who aren’t even part of the purchase feels excessive, the attitude of one self-checkout employee was also not nice. I’ve never experienced this at any other HEBs

  Jasper is the kindest, hardest working stocker I have ever met. He's savvy on sports and has a great work ethic. Love the store, always clean always has what your looking for, thanks to guys like Jasper!

  Ive been sampling for 4 years now and I’ve never encountered before what I experienced yesterday at your store. When I first got there, I placed my purse behind me on the shelf while I started setting up. I usually place my purse underneath the table once Im done. LaSaan came on over and told me how I cant put my purse there, how its meant for the beer only. I told her I would move it once I was done but she would not let up so I ended up putting my purse on the ground until I finished setting my table up. I let it go, whatever, right? I proceed to go to floral to get a bucket to use as a trashcan. No one was behind the counter so I went up to LaSaan to ask if she would go get a bucket for me. She refused. She told me that she will not provide me with anything and how Im supposed to bring my own supplies. I told her, no, thats not correct. I told her Ive been doing this for 4 years and Ive always got a bucket from floral to use as a trashcan. She kept arguing with me about how thats not true. Someone came out of the office nearby who was floral and asked me if I needed something. I told her I needed a bucket because LaSaan was refusing to help me. She even stated that she didn't understand why she wouldn't help me. Not sure if she had heard the discussion between LaSaan and I. Once I got back to my table, I pulled out my binder that had procedures and protocols of how to do my job. I pointed out to LaSaan the part where it says to go to floral to get a bucket to use as a trashcan. Then she changed her tune to say, well thats not my department, I cant just go back there to get a bucket for you. I told her that Ive had plenty of managers go get a bucket or whatever I needed before in the past and that this is the first time a beer and wine manager refused to help me. Before she left she proceeded to check the shelf to see if my purse was there. Mind blowing! It’s safe to say that I will no longer sample at that store and I did report her to my boss just in case this happens to another sampler. I also like to mention that if you read what I wrote it will follow what is on your cameras to a ‘T’.
