It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I ordered the regular meal which is including medium fries and drink. The size of the package was medium for the fries but the fries was only kid meal size, not even half of the package, was not the first time. Hopefully, they can pay attention.

I was having a bad day and just wanted something easy so I didn’t have to cook lol. I pulled up and the girl at the window was so sweet, which was a pleasant surprise I enjoyed! Then another worker came over and offered me a free cute reusable cup 🥹It seriously made my day. I hope both sides of their pillows are cold tonight 💕

A certain lady works here that was very very rude. She didn’t care about her job or her customers nor did the drive-through and then some other lady didn’t even update me for my order. This is at 1 o’clock in the morning.

Whataburger has gone downhill since they were purchased. On the off chance that the food arrives, the food is terrible! Fries are always burned cold and hard. The patties have gotten so thin and flavorless the tomato slices are thicker. The soda doesn’t ever taste like they have cleaned the machine and more often than not the food is prepared so sloppily that it is falling apart and half of the fries are gone. Customer service there sucks because they can’t do anything at the store either way. Much less do the managers want to do anything. Freaking terrible
