Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun.     It has always been my favorite place but the last three times I have been, they have done with my order what they wanted, I don’t know why ask for the ingredients if in the end they are going to put what they want, the girls at the front are more attentive to talk than to attend to customers and deliver the orders.

    Spent the last 6 days at TCH north NICU. Spent a handful of those nights eating whataburger and feeling the joy of polite employees that were genuinely happy for our son- the food was on point EVERY. SINGLE. NIGHT. God bless you all 10/10 would recommend- their breakfast slams too!

    A high number of homeless people hang around the parking lot, one was sleeping right in front of the door way when I visited today (at noon)

    This whataburger needs to stay hidden. The service is bad and they always get my order wrong. I ordered a salad today and the lettuce is super wet and old. Will not be returning to this location.

    Fries are clearly old put back in frier to be warm.. but not re salted. The woman that took my order was very kind. But food was not good, drink flat, fries not salted. Very sad as I just moved the the area, learned this is. Not a reliable midnight craving:/
