  This Whataburger did not live up to the Whataburger name besides the nice sweet woman at the counter that took my order at the counter she has excellent customer service skills now the food the fries was not fresh at all and the chicken tenders were hard like the grease haven't even been changed and I overheard people at the next table complaining about the fries and chicken tenders also I actually dined in with family wasn't even crowded and it took them a long time to get my food out so far the best Whataburger experience and food that I had was on oltorf this one right here needs help

  Terrible! Just went through the drive thru at this location and was given the wrong order AGAIN! This location used to be to be one of the best unfortunately it's on a down ward spiral. Please do better especially when y'all aren't busy. Really wanted my Monterey Melt 😢

  One of the old style Whataburger buildings that seems like corporate has forgotten. Drive thru was fast and the food came out hot. Had the Whatacatch and it was hot and crispy. Friendly service.

  If you’re going to advertise 24 HOURS, then act like it. But the kind of attitude going on here the food might be undercooked because Whoever is working between 2:00–3:00 AM needs To be fired or serious retraining. The attitude was nasty, irritated, and unprofessional. Customers are not bothering you by ordering food at a place that claims to be open all night. Online ordering “wasn’t working.” No solutions. Just attitude. So since I couldn’t physically leave, I ordered through Uber Eats. And somehow it got worse. The order was wrong. And $10 worth of food was missing. TEN dollars. That’s not a small mistake. That’s an entire item (or multiple items) just gone. And Uber Eats offering $2 like that fixes anything? Be serious. $2 does not cover $10 worth of missing food. It doesn’t even begin to address the inconvenience. Late-night customers still deserve accuracy and basic respect. If the overnight shift can’t handle it, then stop pretending this location is 24 hours. This was trifling from start to finish. Food extra cold, and not even properly wrapped.🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ Why people don’t tip, I tipped and This Is still the type of service you get? I’m only 4 min away Do better.
