    Waited at drive thru for 10mins and once I finally said hello she had an attitude and told of me yo hold. No cars was in drive thru and only 2 in parking lot

    Today I had a very bad experience with Ms. Lulu/Maria Cruz, who was rude and arrogant. I was waiting for my food and was the only person there. When I approached her to ask why I hadn't been notified, she replied that it wasn't a restaurant and she will not serve me at the table. I've always had good experiences with the other staff.

    For a place that The advertise's being open 24/7. Why are the doors locked?The dining room is supposed to be open 24 hours, saying things to drive through.So if the door is locked and that it means you're not open twenty four hours a day , so take the sign off and change the hours too, some people get off work at 11pm

    I came here on my lunch break. I was looking at for about 10 minutes before I was even asked that I want to place an order. They refused to take my order and no one spoke in English whatsoever so I end up having to leave wasted about 15 minutes of my lunch break. One of the persons told me that I need to learn Spanish, so I feel like they didn’t take my order because of my ethnicity
