Everyone else on shift was picking their belly button (LITERALLY) and playing on their phone. I ordered and asked for the bathroom code, they said they didn't have one. The door was locked. Said they were cleaning it. Manager comes out the bathroom and it's DIRTY. I talked to the manager otw out and she said "okay thanks" that is not how you run a shift.

Mas chegando no local juntamente com outros dois clientes, as portas estavam simplesmente fechadas(10pm), o horário dizia 12am. Batemos na porta e um funcionário resolveu abrir. Todos os funcionários apresentavam desídia no atendimento. Pedi uma salada César e nem comi, pois as folhas estavam com mal aspecto. Não tinha o recipiente para o ketchup. Os estofados estão em condições horríveis, rasgados e sem acolchoamento. O ambiente em si apresentava um aspecto que expulsava os clientes. Chegando no banheiro, fui surpreendido com um funcionário sentado na pia. Sugiro seriamente que revejam como anda a casa. Nunca mais voltarei ali. Visitei uma Wendys em Fort Lauderdale e foi uma boa experiência. Dessa vez foi decepcionante.

It made my day!!! I witnessed her be scrutinized over the size of the burger a man ordered, he said it wasn’t big enough lol. I heard him say he was going to leave her a bad review for it so I wanted to come counteract that because it wasn’t right.
