I've had at least two separate experiences where the Wendy's employee was rude. Today around 5:15 I went through the drive-thru with my husband on my lunch and after I made my order, the first thing I noticed was that the lady did not repeat my order so I wasn't sure if she heard anything right and she did not tell me the price of either my orders, so when I went through the window, the first thing she handed me was drinks, and I had immediately noticed that there were two large drinks, and I had asked for only one large and one medium, so that was the second thing that I found wrong and my husband had to ask how much we would needed to pay the lady because the lady didn't tell us whatsoever, but my husband had already handed the card because he was expecting it to be under $25 because we didn't order that much and he has a set limit to spend so when she came back, she told us that our order was $26 and we weren't prepared because she didn't tell us before how much we needed to pay and my husband had to ask her multiple times to wait because she went back and was talking to another employee meanwhile this other guy was watching the entire thing didn't say anything to her completely ignored me and him even though we were asking her to like wait for a second and then when she heard us and we were able to get that amount, she was still talking to the other employee and we had to tell her for one minute straight like we're ready and please swipe the card. Then she proceeded to hand us our food. I looked inside. The order was wrong. I had asked for only one fry she had charged us for two, so that entire encounter could've been avoided if she had correctly put in our order. Mind you this is all my lunch so it just felt like a waste of time. Anyways, this Wendy's is truly horrendous. As I said before I've had multiple experience with rude employees. So yeah to anybody who eats here, beware. these people clearly do not care about their customers. I thought of calling and reporting this to a but considering how they were acting, I doubt that there is somebody supervising these unprofessional employees who can't do their job:/
