I placed two orders to pick up for the drive through and was told to park at the mobile parking. 3 cars pass by and I have yet to receive my order. You all need to be trained properly on how to be more organized. I shouldn't have been waiting for other people to get their food first when I had ordered way before them. This should mean the orders would be all fresh. NOPE. Fries were not fresh and the patty was like lukewarm. If i get sick this will be evidence of this visit. If I don't, this place still needs better workers that know what they are doing because there is no reason my two small orders should have been last and it was not all fresh quality. The health department should lnow what's going on here. This location is not practicing proper food handling procedures because also fries were mixed with old fries. I know y'all also refried the same ones because they don't taste fresh. How lazy is that! I have been in the food industry before and don't think you all can try to trick a person that knows what fresh unmixed food looks like and other food products! I'm pretty sure you all wouldn't feed this to your kids or family, right?! How low can that get. No humanity or genuine care for serving others. These people should NOT be in this company or industry. Warning to everyone it's a hit or miss. But lately been all misses. Never Perfect. Always inconvenienced.! Go at your risk! And yes the owner and manager can reach out because I have things to mention. Don't love wasting my hard earned income on food that is being made by employees that don't care of people's health or in general!

I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service today. My chili with cheese and onions, along with a baked potato and chicken nuggets, were piping hot. The food was great, and the service was both fast and courteous!

Food was dry and pretty much flavorless. The cashier didn’t know how to do her job and had an attitude with us. The sign said two sandwiches and she blatantly lied and said that was wrong. at most workplace, you are required to honor your signage even if it’s expired. It’s on the company for not taking it down. There was no one in the restaurant if you can even call it that and I can tell why.

I went through the driveway for a last minute late midnight snack….all I ordered were large fries….which somehow took them 10 min to get. More importantly, I’ve eaten in many fast food joints…and MANY Wendy’s…and I cook. I know the taste of a meal that was refried and soaked in old oil….disgusting and disrespectful. I threw away the whole thing of fries and went to eat somewhere else. Never again.
