Turkey and sausage are good, brisket is charred-tasting, sauce has a weird bitter edge. Drive-thru service is both slow and terrible.

Ordered two brisket nachos. Had a ton of chips, barely any cheese, meat, or toppings. Unfortunately the little meat we did get was burnt and chewy. Worst bbq nachos I've ever had.

I've had some bad delivery orders from here but decided to try it in person this time. Waited in line for 10min while people fumble around with the kiosks. One guy is working the registar and he's just talking to people and not taking orders. Then both kiosks break so now we're all waiting on this guy. Several people walk out from the back and just ignore the line. I finally make it to the front and order ribs/brisket. He says sorry we're out of brisket. Fine I'll take ribs/sausage. Sorry we don't have ribs. WTH. Ok what do you have then? We only have chopped brisket.
This is at 8pm not the end of the day exactly. I just walked out. I can see now why my delivery orders are always wrong.

All kiosks were broken & you can’t order with a person. Workers were walking past us ignoring us for 15 mins as we tried kindly waving them down. 15 mins later they tell us they are completely out of every single meat option besides turkey. Us & the line of people behind us walked out of this dirty, un organized environment

I ordered one pound of fatty brisket, a small coleslaw and one banana pudding over the window (Cashier is Andrea on receipt). The banana pudding was missing when I went back home. Next day I went to the HEB BBQ counter desk (Parmer Lane) and explained to the cashier, he gave me a banana pudding back without an apology. Then I ordered one pound of fatty brisket again and 3 baked potatos. When I went back home, half of the brisket was overcooked. Technically I paid $27.99 for a half pound of Fatty Brisket. Not recommended!!! Go to Rudy because they will show you the meat before you pay for it.
