For context: the screen with the menu choices for meat was off so we didn't get a chance to think on what we wanted ahead of time. After calling next to the counter she started asking "what name for the order" and came off wrong to me when my wife misunderstood her and was trying to order; she talked over my wife with a tone responding "I said name for the order not what was the order." Then switching very quickly to "what is your order" before my wife or I even had a chance to see the menu items, when I explained it was our first time eating there when we walked up. Throughout the entire ordering process it felt like we were being rushed (despite being the only people in line beyond the guy at the self-serve kiosk) and it came off as she had better things to do than serving us and it came off in the wrong tone; I would say an item and she would already be saying "what else" before I even finished speaking and when it was obvious I was still reading the paper menu taped to the counter; until she would then stop us to call out for another order. The food was done well, but the prices were a bit high for the value; $11 for the loaded mac and cheese, but the flavor was similar to store bought.
