One guy is working the registar and he's just talking to people and not taking orders. Then both kiosks break so now we're all waiting on this guy. Several people walk out from the back and just ignore the line. I finally make it to the front and order ribs/brisket. He says sorry we're out of brisket. Fine I'll take ribs/sausage. Sorry we don't have ribs. WTH. Ok what do you have then? We only have chopped brisket. This is at 8pm not the end of the day exactly. I just walked out. I can see now why my delivery orders are always wrong.

The banana pudding was missing when I went back home. Next day I went to the HEB BBQ counter desk (Parmer Lane) and explained to the cashier, he gave me a banana pudding back without an apology. Then I ordered one pound of fatty brisket again and 3 baked potatos. When I went back home, half of the brisket was overcooked. Technically I paid $27.99 for a half pound of Fatty Brisket. Not recommended!!! Go to Rudy because they will show you the meat before you pay for it.
