I personally hate it when restaurants/bars don't have prices listed for there drinks. I think it should be illegal. I still haven't received my receipt. Tell me how 2 beers and one cocktail equals $40.

My first time here with a bunch of buddies and we had a blast! Some of them golf regularly and some had never played before. And it was ok because everyone played at their own pace or level. The electronic game variations made just hitting a golf ball so interesting! You could score points based on target practice or base your shots on a Sonic game!
The menu was great for everyone to order what they each wanted. Service was great!

Been here a few times and it’s always fun! All I can say is ALWAYS check your check. If you’re a first timer who pays the lifetime fee online they’ll still charge the membership fee and you’ll have to ask them to remove it. If you have the playmore membership you get a free appetizer every visit- you have to let them know you have it and they’ll remove it BUT MAKE SURE THEY DO. Usually they’ll show you the receipt but hand the card reader over w the tip part showing, if you scroll up it gives you and option to review the check again.DO IT. In our experience we have to ask a 2nd time to get the appetizer removed and have also experienced where they charged us for gloves that the bay next to us have purchased.

Our experience at Topgolf was disappointing overall, mainly due to poor management and customer service at the check in desk. The only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is because our server was fantastic; attentive, friendly, and really made the best of a frustrating situation. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience fell short. Our reservation was initially lost, which set a negative tone from the start. Later, when we tried to reserve a second bay so all eight of us could play (since only six can play at a time), we were told that we could get in line and that the bay next to ours would be held for us. After waiting about an hour, the bay was given to someone else. The front desk staff seemed inexperienced and unsure how to handle the situation, and management’s attitude came across as dismissive rather than helpful. It’s disappointing, especially considering the cost of visiting during peak hours to be treated so poorly. The golfing itself was fun, and the environment is great, but the lack of organization and professionalism from management made it hard to enjoy the experience.

I have a Playmore membership and went to Topgolf Austin to use my free hour. I spoke with two employees at the front desk who both confirmed I could use my free hour and free appetizer. They showed me to bay 120. I only decided to play because they said I could use the free hour. I could have also easily reserved for a bay right then right there if they would have told me at that time.
After my hour of play, I received a bill charging me for that time.
I spoke to the bay host, who said he couldn't do anything and had already asked his manager. He told me I had to pay because I was supposed to make a reservation to use the free hour.
I explained that I only played because the two front desk employees told me I could. The host just shrugged and said he couldn't help.
I then had to go back upstairs to speak with a manager. The manager initially dismissed my complaint, explaining that reservations are required and that the front desk employees "just didn't know the rule."
This was not my fault. I was being penalized because Topgolf's employees were misinformed and poorly trained.
After a long argument, they finally removed the charge for the hour. This was a frustrating experience. Topgolf needs to train its employees properly and improve its customer service. This is unacceptable.
