- CWCharles WNov 15, 20251.0Eaten here a couple times without issue. Food is usually good. Today I walked in to show my pops the place while on South Congress. 2 Guys (one being the owner of tigers den) at the end of the bar with a pile of menus in front of them. As picked up one of the menus to look if over with my father, the owner snatched it out of my hands and slapped in back on the bar. I asked if they were open(its currently 1230pm and google says they open at 12). The owners response, as if coming from an annoyed teenager, was that "he would open when he was done with the menus". He was slowly wiping each on with a bar rag, barely accomplishing anything, but seemed to be hungover or in a bad mood. We grabbed a beer and decided to eat somewhere else. As a person who has worked in the Austin restaurant scene for the last 15 years, it pains me to see a decent place be ruined by a immature, moody owner who cant even be bothered to treat his own guests with respect. I hope something new replaces this spot in White Tiger, and with the owners attitude... I cant imagine it will take long. TLDR: Food decent but doesn't make up for being treated like actual garbage by the owner.

- JKJamie KluesnerOct 29, 20255.0A bar with a ballin restaurant attached. I was a bit confused by the website, but the food looked amazing so I had to see what was up. The bar and restaurant are separate businesses. The bartender was great and I got a drink while I ordered food. You can eat in or take to-go. There is an outdoor patio as well that's dog friendly. I got a drink, crab rangoon and fried rice. Ended up taking half the food home because it was a good size portion. The crab rangoon was Amazing. The rice was good too, but the rangoon stole the show. Great spot with friendly staff.
