So we continued to place our order and then proceeded to hit paying with cash. We sat down to wait for our order, and then about 20min go by and someone who walked in after us got their order before us so we went to go ask about it and she proceeds to say “oh you have to let us know”WHEN SHE TOLD US TO GO ORDER THRU THE COMPUTER SCREEN ON OUR OWN. So ridiculous you think people just walk in order and wait for food to be called out and JUST SIT THERE. No common courtesy didn’t even ask why we’re just sitting there if she had no order on her behalf. The stupidest customer service ever received at a Taco Bell. Wasted30min for nothing! Might as well just do drive thru y’all and the GAG at the end when we said something was her saying “so you don’t want to keep your order” as we are walking out the door LMAOOOO dumbest worker ever.
