Terrible customer service. I was ignored at the counter. Notice the kiosk and place my order there. Got my order and sat inside to eat it. Worse mexican pizza ever. Im so sorry I stopped in.

I know this is hard to believe. I ordered a Mexican Pizza and a Crispy Taco here. When they put the tray on the counter and called my name, I asked for a fork. That's when I was notified that they didn't have any forks (or knives or any other utensils). When I asked how was I supposed to eat it, the woman just shrugged. When I asked again, in a slightly louder voice, someone else chimed in "you don't have to be rude". I wasn't being rude, I was just astounded.
When I asked why they don't let people know this before they order, the woman said she was too busy making orders on the line. I asked for and got a refund as I didn't want to try to eat it by hand as it's pretty messy.
I've been stopping at this place every now and then for a few years. It's never been a particularly nice experience. Frequently the tables are dirty nor is the floor clean.
I've never gone to any fast food restaurant that didn't have a fork though. This was just a bit too much to ever want to deal with again. You really have to wonder who's actually in charge of this place.

I haven't had Taco Bell in about 10 years and it looks like it'll be another decade before I try it again. I ordered at the drive-thru at around 12:45pm on a Sunday. I got my food quickly and without issue. I only live about 4 or 5 mins away so got home quickly. The chalupa was cold and completely soggy and dripping so I don't know how long that was sitting out before it made it into my bag, but it was obviously not fresh. The cheesy gordita crunch for some reason had no cheese and didn't seem like it had been warmed up at all so I got a mouth full of cold flour dusted tortilla loosely wrapped around a nacho cheese dorito taco, nothing holding it together. The cool ranch taco tasted like a regular taco shell - it was also soggy and cracked in the middle. The spicy potato soft taco was mostly warm but had none of the sauce that they show in the picture, it was just loose potatoes and shredded lettuce thrown into a soft tortilla.
Highly disappointing, shameful to be called tacos and overall a waste of time and money. At least the people working the drive-thru were nice. I could of had a more satisfying lunch if I had eaten a bowl of plain cornflakes with skim milk instead of whatever this was 🤷🏿♀️
