  I enjoy coming here as the food is excellent in Taco Bell standards but the service is always slow, I place an order online 30 minutes in advance and 10 minutes after it's ready to be made they clock it out as "done" I get here and they haven't even started on it claiming they didn't get it having to recall the order.

  There was only one employee working and she refused to take my order. Why don’t you shut down the store then if you have one employee?!! Complete waste time of driving there.

  I wanted to leave this review to specially shout out Jeffrey. His customer service was stellar, and he has me laughing & smiling. Truly went above and beyond. Also, the food here is always such a consistently good quality.

  Not staffed effectively by management. I sat at the front of the drive though waiting for my order to be taken from 7:28-7:50pm. It was never taken so I left and went to Maudie’s which I should have done from the start. Staff your restaurant properly, especially on high traffic weekend nights.

  The owners either need to sufficiently staff this establishment with properly trained employees to maintain some sort of quality control or quit all together and shut this location down. It only takes waiting 30-45 minutes for your order during an early evening rush to see that they are understaffed and have insufficient management/owner support. Sad.
