Loved everything. The woman who took our order was extremely kind and generous. Placing our order at the counter was smooth like butter nothing went wrong. Right after leaving the counter we went to fill our drinks and by the time we went to sit at our table, the food was already out and served. The food was delicious as always and we had no complaints about anything. Our order, despite being pretty large for a family of 8, was complete without a missing item. Come visit Taco Bell in slaughter lane!!!!

I have nothing but good words to say about this location, the customer service is phenomenal. I met I believe his name is Daniel? He was absolutely so kind and professional. Daniel and his team made my food perfect! They put extra care into making sure my food didn’t come with any dairy like I asked. This place had always given me the best customer service and best Taco Bell I’ve ever had. I

I had Daniel help me out this evening and he was very kind, personable and uplifting not only to me, but his fellow staff. I really appreciate him going out of his way to make sure I was taken care of- it meant a lot to me and he gave a top notch customer experience for me. Thank you, Daniel!

Went into the drive through to pick up my online order. There was a line of people waiting, but that's fine. The person in front of me is taking a long time at the speaker, but I thought it was just the line. I pulled up to the speaker and no one said anything. I thought maybe they just needed to wait a bit to catch up before taking a new order. I waited about 3 minutes and there was still nothing. I then said "Hello?" into the speaker hoping someone would respond. Still nothing. I waited another minute, and nothing happened. At this point I thought the speaker didn't work. I thought maybe the person in front of me had the same issue and that's why it took them so long at the speaker. At this point, the line behind me was very long and the car in front of me was almost out of view so I thought maybe I'd just have to go to the window and that's what everyone was doing. I pulled forward and the my window was still open, and after the next car pulled up...then someone starts talking to them. For some reason, no one seemed to know when I was at the speaker but the spoke to the person behind me. So now I'm anxious because I'll have to tell the person at the window that I didn't get to place my pickup, but I'm hoping they'll understand. I wait, I pull up to the window when it's my turn and the person tells me I owe x amount (woman with blue hair). I apologized and told her "I'm sorry I didn't get to place my order. I waited at the speaker and no one talked to me". She then got mad and said "we have a line full of people and you're telling me you're the only one that didn't hear the speaker?". Again, I waited 4 to 5 minutes at the speaker and no one spoke to me. I even spoke into the speaker hoping to get someone's attention and nothing happened. I didn't not hear the speaker, no one noticed I was there and no one spoke to me. I could hear the speaker after I drove away so I can hear the speaker when it's on. She blamed me for what happened and then got mad at me for being in the line. I offered to get out of line and come inside and she said to not bother because they were already working on it. Then her and the woman beside her with a headset on shut the window and started laughing while looking at me. You missed an entire customer for 5 minutes in a rush and no one thought it check the drive through speaker in that entire period? Then when I apologized you still blamed me and made it my fault? Then you laughed like I wasn't there. Why??

normally, my trip to Taco Bell is perfectly fine. They’re very quick super chill all the time. But tonight, I kept trying to use the app, and the lady was very rude to me and was not able to multitask despite her attempt to. In my opinion as someone who has worked in the service industry as well, I feel as though if you can’t do two things at the same time then you shouldn’t and should focus on the test that you’re doing she was trying to take someone else’s order while talking to me and asking me for my payment. I was trying to check in with the app and save some money on a taco and she refused to listen to what I was trying to say, despite me telling her twice and then she was very rude and laughed in my face when I was confused about what she was asking me so just beware of that.
