- SBSavananh BillingsleyDec 28, 20251.012/28 2:42 a.m. pull up to the drive through and was asked if we were using the app and if they could take our order. After I said no to the app being used the whole Taco Bell screen shut off black so that it didn’t time stamp the fraud of stolen income and wages the employers were about to suffer. We had just left South Austin Hospital for a horrible ER visit and had talked about having Taco Bell right around the corner. We waited more than 5 minutes after giving our order and pulled up to a women manager/ closer giving the slit throat “we are closed” gesture repeatedly. I only write this with the personal knowledge that many food chains that only seem to be multi billion corporations are really privately owned local businesses bought into by families paying the name brand franchise fees.

The girl today at the drive thru window didn’t speak words to me and then I had two completely frozen tacos as If they’d been taken right out of the freezer and maybe the outside edge of the wrapper touched something warm in passing. I would have rather gotten something else. Customer service and basic social skills are lacking. Idk do better?
- AAAdrianaNov 13, 20251.0When it comes to service and atmosphere it would be zero stars. There were three Hispanic ladies. I asked for assistance to two of them but they ignore me. Until I asked the third one in Spanish if she can help me (unwillingly but she did) After I order my meal I asked the lady if I can use a restroom and she lie in my face saying that somebody was in it. I waited, no one came out. She noticed that I was waiting so she asked me do you need to use a restroom and I said yes. so she unlock the door. No one was in it. Second of all they have the music kind of loud and it was very vulgar and an appropriate for business. I'm glad my son was not with me.
