- AAAdrianaNov 13, 20251.0When it comes to service and atmosphere it would be zero stars. There were three Hispanic ladies. I asked for assistance to two of them but they ignore me. Until I asked the third one in Spanish if she can help me (unwillingly but she did) After I order my meal I asked the lady if I can use a restroom and she lie in my face saying that somebody was in it. I waited, no one came out. She noticed that I was waiting so she asked me do you need to use a restroom and I said yes. so she unlock the door. No one was in it. Second of all they have the music kind of loud and it was very vulgar and an appropriate for business. I'm glad my son was not with me.

They are always quick and the burritos are well wrapped. Some customers here are unfortunately rude to the staff but they do a great job handing it all.

Manager on duty at the time said he was not authorized to remake my order unless it were to show up on their system again? Lost my money, never got my food, Taco Bell customer service took 4 days to get back to me. Horrible service for subpar food. Don't waste your money or your time.
