Don’t get the street chalupa luxe box, those little chalupas are trash with a couple small spoons of chicken of whatever that is that’s in them.
The box with a regular taco, a Doritos taco, and a grilled cheese steak burrito & charro’s, that’s a decent box🤦♂️
2 years ago when I reviewed this place it was fairly decent but my trip today after not having come for a while has changed my mind. The inside smells like a homeless encampment and I ordered then waited 45 minutes for my food. There was only a 6 car line outside when I came in and inside everyone who ordered before me got served but after that new people who ordered also got served before me, some within 10 minutes of ordering. I didn't even order much. My score goes from 5 to 2 because I have received faster service from dinner rush understaffed sit in restaurants.
Don't order takeout if you want to be served same day.
Ordered food…waited an hour…door dasher was waiting and giving us PICTURE updates…he texted us that Taco Bell cancelled the order. We called this Taco Bell location. The manager was so incredibly rude and said that she wasn’t able to cancel orders and that since our door dasher cancelled picking up our order that our entire order was automatically cancelled and could not be made. She clearly lied and was extremely unprofessional. I hope this manager gets fired.

This kind of behavior is unacceptable. Customer service should be respectful and welcoming to everyone, regardless of the language they speak. I hope management takes this issue seriously and addresses it properly.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Taco Bell location. The employee who assisted me was extremely disrespectful and rude. The way they spoke was unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable.
I also noticed that delivery drivers were treated unfairly compared to other customers, which was very upsetting. Additionally, when someone politely said they did not know English well and asked if the employee could speak Spanish, the response was, “If you don’t know English, you need to leave the store.”
The employees working in the lobby, including a female staff member and a large male employee, were also involved in this behavior. Their attitude toward customers was disrespectful and unprofessional.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable. Customer service should be respectful and welcoming to everyone, regardless of the language they speak. I hope management takes this issue seriously and addresses it properly.
