  I placed a online order to go . I got email confirming order was ready and went to pick up to the store. When arrived told a guy my name and second woman told me that my order was already picked up to my surprise I said that it was not me . A second woman look at the computer and acknowledge that my order is there and said I got you. Left the store for a few minutes to give time to prepare my order. When I come back to get the order first woman said that was told to tell me that they can't do anything about it so the CEO it's getting 20$ more to his pocket what a shame and what a shitty customer service? After complaining at corporate offices got my money back after 3 weeks

  Fast food in this area has hit an all time low! Wife stopped for drive-thru on way home from grocery store. Got me 2 chalupas and a taco. All of them seemed like the meat was spooned into the shell and then heated up in the microwave. Chalupa shells was so soggy, they were gross. Taco shell was stuck to the paper! I have NEVER, in over 50 years of buying Taco Bell, had food this bad! Seriously, can someone get the health department to audit this place? Food served like this should not be served! It's not even fit to give away! I threw it out! Not fit for human consumption!

  Cheesy fiesta potatoes were 10 completely dry pieces of potato in a plastic bowl, street chalupas had 3-4 little pieces of steak in each… mostly just tortilla and cheese. Drunk and disappointed at 1am. Never expect Taco Bell to be gourmet but usually it doesn’t legit suck😔
