  Taco Bell – 2308 E Riverside Dr, Austin, TX 78741 Order Type: Takeaway Time: 9:34 PM I recently visited Taco Bell on E Riverside Drive for a takeaway order. I had already placed my order ahead of time, which made the pickup process quick and convenient. The food quality was okay — everything was prepared as ordered and tasted as expected. However, the customer service experience was disappointing. When we arrived at the drive-thru window to pick up our order, the employee told us we needed to go back and speak through the speaker instead, even though we had already ordered. We followed her instructions and went back to the speaker. When we asked a simple question, the employee responded by repeatedly asking if we had a problem, even though we clearly said we were just asking a question. The tone felt rude and unprofessional, which made the interaction uncomfortable. We ended up just taking our order and leaving. Overall, the food was fine, but the customer service that night was not good and could definitely be improved.

  Awful. We came here an hour before they closed and the the automated machine came on saying they were closed. We were confused and questioned them about it and then they accused us of screaming at them which we didn't. When we got upset about the false accusations, they started laughing at us. Disgusting.

  Do NOT order from here, especially if it's a Doordash. I was completely missing my Cinnabon 12 pack, and my Avocado Ranch Chicken Stack was laid out and cut like a quesadilla. It ruined my night and I'll never order from here again. I hate that Doordash paired me up with this store when the store closest to me never has mess ups like this.
