Why take your frustrations out on customers?? A simple sorry we can’t would surfaced but you had to go the extra mile with your rude attitude. I’m also vegetarian and while there has been a few mixups with meat in my food this location is by far the best at making sure my food is made right! - MMMadyson McAllisterNov 1, 20251.0I was picking up for uber eats early this morning around 2am, I was told at the menu to go to the second window when I said I had an order for Uber Eats, when I got to the window the employee said the order had already been picked up. I gave the name of the customer when asked at the order box, and was not told the order had been picked up. I have had this happen at this specific Taco Bell multiple times now. The cashier does not verify orders he just hands them off and moves on. He does not make sure we are verifying the order. I will be reporting this location to Uber Eats and reaching out to corporate. Once is a mistake, multiple times is negligence.

Every time the same person working the drive through over night, the closing shift, just gives the orders away to other people. When I notify my customer and let them know someone else was given their order, i politely ask if they can remake it and they tell me no every time. This is a waste of my time and is not ok that they can’t be bothered to verify the orders.
