    Where are the friendly girls?... This Subway used to be one of the best for its service and cleanliness. Not anymore... Today the guys served me incredibly slow and rude. The guy was just throwing vegetables into my sandwich, and it seems like they need to be trained on how to wrap them. And the girl couldn't have been slower. The line was awful, with lots of mixed-up vegetables. The floor was dirty, and the soda machine was filthy. I hope they make changes. 01/03/26

    I used to think this was the best subway around east Austin but today 01/02/2025 I make an order, made my husband pick it up and when he made it to the store there was no order no one knew was was going on. Paid to upsize the drinks and the gave him small cups, paid for chips and cookies received none and all the sandwiches were missing ingredients. Never again. I’ve called the store multiple times and no ones answer. There was also a sauce that wasn’t requested on the sandwiches and it was really bad

    Clean. Clean. Cleasest subway ever.. wow! The make table didn't have anything out of place. all the vegetables were fresh.there was nothing in the wrong containers, mixed in, or anything! The service was fast. The ladies working there were clean, on point, and friendly. I will always come back to this subway.

    These 2 guys are the slowest workers ever!! Geez, been here twice with them and it’s ridiculous! Lol. It’s 8pm 9/29/25, so it’s known.
