It’s always missing something, especially cookies, ingredients, drinks, etc. and there seems to be nothing that can be done about it because Subway’s customer service is garbage. Finally decided to leave a review after ordering 3 footings with 6 cookies and received 5 cookies with two wrong flavors and missing ingredients in all three sandwiches. To add insult to injury, they didn’t even attempt to contact me to let me know, it was like playing ‘Where’s Waldo?’ with my order.

I asked for mustard and oil and vinegar which were clearly left off. I threw it out after two bites. It was dry and nasty. I have never written an online review in my entire life. That how bad this experience was.
