Alexis and a manager know me by name and always have a smile and warm greetings, calling to me by name as soon as I walk in the door. This type of customer service is very rare in our post covid world and should be valued by Subway and the owner of this location. I highly recommend this Sunway inparticular and encourage you to leave generous tips to the staff for their hard work and friendly nature!

Also ordered a Steak Sandwich with Monterey Jack cheese, green peppers, onions, banana peppers, cheddar cheese, chipotle sauce, and subcrunch. All the toppings I wanted on the chicken sandwich wound up on the steak sandwich, and all of the toppings I wanted on the steak sandwich wound up on the chicken sandwich. So both sandwiches were not as wanted. Very disappointed that "sandwich artist" didn't care enough to make sure it was right-- especially since I watched him prepare it from a chair in the dining room, and there wasn't a single other person there the entire time, so he had nothing else going on that should have been a distraction... If you look at the reviews I've done, you'll see. I typically only do good reviews, but it's just inexcusable when there's nobody else in the store for somebody to be that careless with your order when it's not exactly cheap food here. Money is hard to come by lately and I don't like wasting it.
