    If I could give them negative stars I would!! I have ALWAYS had issues when ordering here. Whether it's some lackadaisical employee, a messed up item or completely wrong order, or they take 25minutes to deliver the food, there's never a shortage of complaints/PROBLEMS/errors when attempting to order here. THE LAST TIME I WENT TO THIA PARTICULAR LOCATION, LAST NIGHT, MY FIANCE AND I HAD WALKED THERE IN THE COLD FROM OUR SPOT (APPROX A MILE MAYBE A LIL MORE) ONLY TO BE TOLD THEY "NO LONGER ACCEPT ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE IN THEIR PATIO". WE SAT DOWN AND LOOKED THRU THE APP FOR LOCAL DEALS AND DISCUSSED WHAT WE WOULD EACH ORDER. ALL THE WHILE EMPLOYEES WALKED PAST TO SERVE OTHER PEOPLE AND THEY WERE EVEN ADJUSTING SOME OF THE PROMO MATERIALS/SIGNS ETC, MADE DIRECT EYE CONTACT WITH US, DIDNT SAY A WORD! LIKE, OH I SEE YOURE SITTING THERE IN THE COLD ABOUT TO ORDER AND UNFORTUNATELY WE DO NOT TAKE/ACCEPT ORDERS FROM OUR PATIO ORDERING AREA. WE PRESSED THE BUTTON TO BE TOLD THIS AND THAT WE AHOULD GO THRU THE DRIVE THRU. I ASKED IF WE COULD DO THAT ON FOOT, TO WHICH SHE REPLIED " UUUHH NO... IT WONT PICK UP OR SENSE YOUR PRESENCE. ...." I EAS SO CONFUSED AS SHE HAD MENTIONED IN HER ORIGINAL ANSWER THAT WE WOULD NEED TO ORDER THERE AND NOW SHES SAYING NO THE SENSOR WOULDN'T PICK US UP THERE. THATS ABSOLUTELY ABSURD AND THERE SHOULDVE BE A SIGN OR MAYBE SOMEONE COULDVE SAID SOMETHING BEFORE WE SAT THERE PONDERING OUR FUTURE NON EXISTENT ORDER, FREEZING AND WASTING TIME. IT'S NOT AN ADVANTAGEOUS BUSINESS STRATEGY TO NOT ONLY FIND WAYS TO TURN AWAY A PAYING CUSTOMER BUT TO ALSO MAKE IT DIFFICULT/IMPOSSIBLE FOR THEM TO SPEND THEIR MONEY.

    I went there yesterday got two Coney combos. They had two medium onion rings and one medium tater tot on side and they only wanted to give me five packs of ketchup. I asked for more and the lady was nice enough to go ask her manager and she said her manager said no.. SMH. It’s impossible to get a hold of anyone there.

    I thought using the app was for expediency and accuracy, my experience has been the exact opposite. I find I still wait 7 to 10 minutes for my order only for it to be wrong too often. There's a young kid that works at this location that doesn't know the difference between raspberry and strawberry. It is irrationally annoying to repeatedly unsatisfactorily settle and PAY for what you do NOT want. After reading SEVERAL reviews that span over a significant period of time, this location has had reoccurring issues with long wait times and wrong orders. The owner or manager is responding to complaints so they're aware yet these issues still persist. Please get it together, please pay attention, or JUST DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION.
