  Bro, waited 30 min for food, we had a gift card, tried to pay with it, my friend had to get out of the car and go into the store for them to SERVE us and remind them we were still waiting……after the food was ready and they literally had it in front us it felt taunting then cause we didn’t have cash they wouldn’t give to us, because randomly their card reader stopped working, and we had to remind them multiple times we were there. It should have been free such a waste of time, also we could have just paid on the machine because that card reader WORKED on that..but they brought a scanner out instead and only were trying to get us to pay there. After we said we didn’t have cash, they just turned around and like left so aggressively 🫣🫣🫣It was so unnecessary and RIDICULOUS bro after you get that smell of food it’s evil idc, to take away after all the issues and slowness

  Disrespectful and nasty. Ordered food for lunch, my boyfriend picked it up. Was supposed to be no onions on the burger and onion rings. Well of course it had onions and the onion were so burnt they wouldnt even come off the onion. I called immediately and they told me to come back, I was in class and told them I wouldn't be back until the next day on my lunch break, I get here and they're giving me a thousand percent of the runaround. Finally the manager came in & stepped in and reassured me it would be taken care of. The other staff was acting like I was asking for free food when I just wanted what I payed for the previous day.

  Worst Sonic ever. I've lived close to this Sonic for 20 years and it just keeps getting worse every time I go (which is rare). The food quality, the service, and the wait time are all unacceptable. I waited 20 minutes the other day for drinks. Not even difficult drinks, but just fountain drinks. If you order food, be prepared for it to look and taste like it was sitting under a heat lamp for a few hours. They can't keep employees it seems. This place should just be bulldozed because it's awful.

  I’m not the type to leave reviews, but this place is horrible! Takes years to get food and the service is bad. Came the day before wanting to grab some food and the person on the speaker was very rude, decided to try to give another chance today. However I guess they just suck all the time. Worst fast food place! I wish the worst!

  First time coming to this location, and the service was very accommodating, friendly, and quick! Seemed fairly busy but food came out in less than 5 minutes. Food was delicious and perfect! Will be coming back!!
