  Terrible customer service. They will literally walk past you and ignore you while you’re trying to get their attention. They take forever and they’re disrespectful.

  I’ve been multiple times to this location as it is conveniently a few minutes from where I live, but unfortunately this is the worst Sonic I’ve ever visited. The last two times I’ve gone, I’ve waited 30 minutes for 2 drinks. I place mobile orders (for the half-priced drinks deal) and each time I go through the drive through they tell me to pull into a mobile order spot and they never come out to give me the order. Today after waiting in the mobile order pickup spot for 20 minutes, I went inside to see what was happening with my order and the person working had his back turned to the lobby on his phone, all while I saw at least ten drinks waiting to be delivered to customers. The manager had explained that everyone working was new, but as new employees there was no sense of urgency and as a new employee you would think not to use your phone on the floor. To those wanting the convenience of a quick snack or drink, any other fast food option in the area is probably quicker than this one. Do better sonic.

  Don’t do the mobile pick up or else you’ll never get your food. I waited almost AN HOUR for a soda. Absolutely ridiculous.
