  Went through the drive through around 10:30 pm on December 28 and had to wait 5 minutes for someone to take our order at the drive thru. When we ordered we pulled up to the window to be greeted by a worker with a horrific attitude. He was extremely rude and talking bad about us to his other coworker. When we got our food the order was wrong and when we tried to tell him he got very upset and demanded what our order was. When I gave him the receipt to see our order he still gave us the wrong order. When he asked us to repeat the order for the third time he kept rushing us and telling us to hurry up so they could just give us the food. When we finally got home there were still items missing but we didn’t have the energy to go back and cause him to get even madder. Something should be done about this individual. Everyone in the car has worked in service industry and has never seen such rude and uncalled for behavior.

  Idk how difficult it is to make a damned hot dog with chilli, cheese, and onions on it. But I know these guys have a hard time with it, unbelievable

  First, these people couldn't get the order right, even though the person on the speaker READ MY ORDER BACK TO ME! Then they had me wait for the order which took over 20 minutes. When they finally brought it out THE ORDER STILL WASN'T COMPLETE. I don't take kindly to incompetence.

  The service has gotten really bad at the burnet rd location it used to be really good now it's gotten to the point where they get your order wrong or it takes them almost 10 to 15 minutes past the time it's supposed to be ready I don't know if it's the management now cause the old managers were great and these new ones act like they really don't care
