- RTRyan TesterDec 22, 20251.0Ordered on doordash and didn’t receive the correct order at all. Bag had the correct receipt but none of the food items were correct. The only thing that was correct was the drink. Called to let the store know just to provide feedback and the store manager I spoke with had a very deflective and dismissive tone to it when I was just calling to provide feedback. The sonic nearest to where I live closed down so I had to order from this store but I never will be again. Unacceptable

Called 2x and was told they were busy. 15 more cars waiting. Hopefully Sonic Corporate will see this and fix their staffing - pay a livable wage and you wont have staffing shortages. 6-7pm on 29Oct.

- BJBella JonesOct 2, 20251.0I placed a mobile order for a breakfast burrito with no meat, as I am vegetarian. I always check my food to ensure there is no meat, so when I checked my burrito I saw no visible meat however the eggs were gray from an unclean grill. Halfway through my burrito I found myself chewing on pieces of beef, I’m assuming there dirty grill cross contaminated the eggs in my burrito causing chunks of old left over meat to mix into my eggs. I was extremely disappointed. I called the store and KINDLY explained the situation to a lady named lesha. She immediately answered the phone with an attitude, offered no apology, and told me there was nothing she could do. After no help from the store I contacted sonic support and they gave me a $5 gift card. $5 for breaking my vegetarianism. SICKING. I will be reporting this location to the health department.
