The counter guy walked us through the way they operate — meat by the pound, no set meals — including giving us samples, which were so good! We had the moist brisket, a jumbo potato, some pulled pork and other sides. Everything was perfectly flavored and expertly cooked. Have the banana pudding. So yum! Shout out to the guy in line behind us who we tried to let skip us and who said “they’ll let you try samples to find what you like!” Excellent service and atmosphere. Clean tables and easy supplies to take our leftovers home.
