Tons of ice crystals inside the bag. Blood was all frozen at the bottom of the bag, wrong brand was substituted. Workers didn't know what the word 'raincheck" meant! I had to give them the definition. All three employees seemed like they had no interest in customer service, perhaps untrained? We haven't shopped there in about 10 years....back to HEB, I guess!
