Not only did I receive horrible customer service over the phone for an order they got wrong, the pizza that was sent wasn't even properly cooked. I was missing items, the pizza they sent was incorrect, and in order to receive a refund, you must submit an email. I don't expect them to actually follow through though with my email though. Disappointed to say the least.
