- EEEdward EsquivelJan 2, 20261.01/2/2026 - We ordered and picked up a NY style pizza with some sides, it was already semi-cold at the moment of pickup (like it had been sitting out for a while). When we sat down to eat my partner noticed something on the back of the pizza and told me "Put your pizza down now and STOP EATING IT". When I asked what was wrong she showed me the slice and was MORTIFIED when I saw a BUG!!! An insect wing like 1 inch long, baked into the dough!!! We called immediately and was told by an associate that funds we be refunded to my card in 1-3 business days. Never officially spoke with a manager though even though I asked. Will be updating, as I gave my email to an associate for the refund. Please do better.

When I reached out, I was told I’d be contacted by “Above Store Leadership” which was simply explained as “the leadership team above the store’s management”. They did not fix my order, offer to make it right or offer a refund. Simply said someone would reach out in 1-3 days. I ordered two pan pizzas and they made the hand tossed pizzas instead. The order also had breadsticks and cinnamon sticks. The breadsticks were dry and chewy and cinnamon sticks cold. It seems like they gave us some old ones, because the pizza arrived hot. Cannot get orders right and they do nothing do fix it. Quality has dropped significantly from what I remember Pizza Hut to be.

The person I talked to asked if I wanted a refund or my food!! I'll wait for the food because I have to feed my family!! I waited over an hour and called back again!! Just upset because I'm thinking pizza hut would replace my missing items, I just asked for a refund!! The person I talked to lied to me about my refund!! Reach out to customer service through email and still waiting on a response and my refund!! I work too hard for my money just to give it away and couldn't feed my family!! I feel like pizza hut stole my money and I'll never order from pizza hut ever again!!
