  Delicious food! Waited an hour but we walked from the hotel nearby so we didn’t mind. Staff friendly. Immediately refill as soon as your drinks are empty. My husband ordered his food wrong they let us keep the plate made a new fresh one and the manager came to check on it and apologized. Will definitely be back

  Customer service was on point. They were very nice. I didn’t know the enchiladas were prepared a certain way. they didn’t give me no issues in sending it back, and even though it took a moment to get my order, the management manager came by and let me know what was going on and that’s really greatly appreciated so we really enjoyed our visit. Our waitress was super professional fast and she meant business. It was cool.

  Went here on a Sunday for dinner. We made reservations for 6:00pm. We arrived about 10 minutes early but was seated right at our reservation time. I would recommend making reservation. There was plenty of people waiting outside and inside the restaurant for a table. We went the weekend after Valentine’s Day and they had a great special that included lobster, shrimp, and fajitas. It was a good value for what you got. Our waiter was super attentive and friendly. He kept checking on us. It was a little loud in there so if you have a large group, it could be hard to talk and hear everybody at your table. It was a delicious meal and if it weren’t so far away from our house, we would go more often, but this is a great place for us to go for special occasions.

  Been helping a friend with a sweet sixteen for her daughter, and they selected Pappasito's as their special location for about 22 people to gather to celebrate her special day. I've spoken with three managers (two different Maliks and a Grace) over the last two days) and they've been more than gracious to help coordinate and set expectations for arrival and seating and flow. Their communication and customer service has been über professional. The entire staff has been pleasant and welcoming and our servers this evening made sure our entire party felt well-attended. Rusty and Lance teamed up to make sure the party kept going with full plates and cups! These two servers, along with help from the other adjacent staff members were highly engaged and helpful and moved quickly to see that we had everything we needed. It must be hard to keep the same enthusiasm up when you're singing and celebrating your fifth or sixth guest birthday of the evening, but they never let the energy wane or make this one feel any less special. I don't know what the other party members had, but the family platter I ordered was every bit as mouth-watering as I remember from my decades of patronage in the Houston area. Great chef game tonight!! Thanks again for making the food so savory and on-point tonight for a very special Sweet 16!!!

  Holy crap. DO NOT ORDER TAKEOUT. I have been coming here for at least 10 years, always delicious, I ordered takeout today for the first time today and it was genuinely the worst Togo experience I’ve ever had. They MAKE you do curbside then ignore you for half an hour after you’ve texted the automated system your spot number. After over twenty minutes I said screw this I’m going in, only to be handwaved off while the employee answered the phone in front of me taking a whole order and eventually just shoved a bag towards me. I waited 20 minutes outside and 10 minutes inside to get food that was ICE COLD bc they left me waiting so long. Put more employees on to go if you’re going to make people do curbside pickup? Seemed like one lady doing everything which of course is going to lead to terrible service. On top of everything they gave me the most rotten disgusting avocado for my 25$ meal, you can’t give me a not completely brown avocado?
