As a main I got the redfish pontchartrain with butternut squash and a side salad. The sauce on this dish is heavenly and the squash was tasty and perfectly cooked. The passionfruit martini was also perfect and hit the spot many times over-I had 2! Christopher was kind and attentive and took care of us nicely. Can't recommend this place more and can't wait to go back!

You can truly tell he loves people and enjoys his job. We’ve been to Pappadeaux plenty of times, and by far he is the best server we’ve ever had. Thank you, Ian, for the great experience. The grill flavor with all the other flavors made me savor every bite. My wife does not like anything spicy and ordered the trout. She was unable to finish it because the spice just built up. Still, in my estimate,the flavor was a 10 out of 10, even though I feel bad she was fully unable to enjoy her meal. I know my photo doesnt do the red snapper justice, but it was so enjoyable.

One waiter who went above and beyond in his role is named Zack. He was helping other staff run drinks and even took the time to answer a quick I had about what the guest next to us was having. 10/10 thank you again.

My meal originally came out a little on the salty side, but the manager, Grant, went above and beyond to make it right. His professionalism and top-notch customer service were truly impressive — he immediately had my dish remade and even offered me a delicious salad to enjoy while I waited. That kind of care and attention is rare these days! I also want to shout out my bartender, Anna, who was incredibly sweet, kind, and attentive the entire time. The combination of great food, amazing service, and such genuine hospitality keeps me coming back. This location truly knows how to take care of their guests — I’ll definitely be returning again and again!
