Once the order was confirmed, we left immediately as I needed to purchase some motor oil and gas up my truck. We arrived at Papa John's approximately a half hour after the initial estimate of when it was ready. It was just a large the works pizza, nothing fancy or crazy but it was not ready. The short lady preparing the pizzas was busy but on her Bluetooth phone talking and talking. The other lady checked for my order and said it would be about 5 minutes. Then she went and made the pizza. I have placed orders on line for many years and never had this problem. By the time we actually got the pizza it had been almost an hour. No apology or explanation was given and I was in a hurry as my son and his family were waiting to eat something before heading to the airport. Very disappointing and unacceptable.
