    Amazing Emily the Gmanger we call her service with a smile very polite, very fresh, all the time.Very well organized store.She is an amazing person.Thank you so much.And I hope that this gets well recognized within the company because my son eats Papa.John's every day and we have not been treated so nicely at other stores.William cannon is an amazing store also

    I’m not sure what management this location is under or what bad mood they’re in but ALL THE employees here are rude as hell. I placed an online order and then called the store to try to get it at a later time because I couldn’t figure it out online and the woman who answered told me it was too late and then hung up on me. Then my husband called and tried to cancel the whole order and the other person hung on me! Mind you they had already charged me. And whenever I tried to get the pizza at the store that they said was in the oven, they said they cancelled the order and whenever I asked for a refund they couldn’t even do that! The gentleman with glasses literally walked away from me mid sentence. I left with them taking my money and no pizza. This location is under horrible management. The gentleman with glasses that looks like he’s trying to pull off being 20 but we both know the hat on his head is covering that 40 year old bald head. I’ve come to location all the time and now its been tainted by these people and their terrible customer service skills. I work in the customer service industry and I’ve had rude customers and ugly people and I’ve never been one. But to be treated like that is a whole new level of papa John’s I didn’t think they’d be doing.

    Take out only. Staff not willing to help with app issues. Pizza good, not great, and certainly not worth the regular price.
