- YGYasmine GallegosJul 5, 20251.0I’m not sure what management this location is under or what bad mood they’re in but ALL THE employees here are rude as hell. I placed an online order and then called the store to try to get it at a later time because I couldn’t figure it out online and the woman who answered told me it was too late and then hung up on me. Then my husband called and tried to cancel the whole order and the other person hung on me! Mind you they had already charged me. And whenever I tried to get the pizza at the store that they said was in the oven, they said they cancelled the order and whenever I asked for a refund they couldn’t even do that! The gentleman with glasses literally walked away from me mid sentence. I left with them taking my money and no pizza. This location is under horrible management. The gentleman with glasses that looks like he’s trying to pull off being 20 but we both know the hat on his head is covering that 40 year old bald head. I’ve come to location all the time and now its been tainted by these people and their terrible customer service skills. I work in the customer service industry and I’ve had rude customers and ugly people and I’ve never been one. But to be treated like that is a whole new level of papa John’s I didn’t think they’d be doing.

The counters and card readers are always clean, as well as the entrance and waiting area. I've never gotten a bad tasting pizza or bread stick from this place, so that really helps justify the price. I definitely recommend going to the Papa John's on Brodie then going to boring old Pizza hut next door. Thanks for reading my thoughts over Papa John's Pizza on Brodie ln.
